I also have extra weight. so i join a fitness center. i learn some basic information about weight loss.

2) Quantity of food
3) Balance food diet.

For weight loss,  timing of taking food is most important thing. If we take balance diet without timing, it will not give proper energy to body. Our body wants food in different time interval in a day. this time interval depends on body type and work ( body do works  in the whole day.).

After that qty of food and balance food diet is important.

and exercise is also very important for weight loss. exercise is necessary because by exercise body consume the balance calories and fat after whole day working. The calories we take in a whole day and consume it by doing work and exercise. then the weight gaining process of body stop.
